EpochMonitor

EpochMonitor is a type of Program using NetMonitor to record epoch-level data (e.g., training error for the epoch) from the network to a DataTable. There are different versions of this program for each type of algorithm: BpTrialMonitor, LeabraTrialMonitor, etc.
