DataSelectRowsProg

The DataSelectRowsProg does a row-wise copy of the data from one table to another, selecting rows according to any of a variety of column values, with a boolean connector. This is used inside a Program -- the underlying functionality is also present in the taDataProc collection of data processing functions, but it requires a specification object which is what the DataSelectRowsProg does.
