DataSelectColsProg

The DataSelectColsProg does a column-wise copy of the data from one table to another, selecting a selected list of columns. This is used inside a Program -- the underlying functionality is also present in the taDataProc collection of data processing functions, but it requires a specification object which is what the DataSelectColsProg does.
